LISTEN UP OBAMA!!!

Its great to see Bill Clinton still trying to help the country out by getting Americans back to work and trying to help Haiti victims. I love his advice to Obama pretty much he's telling him to grow some balls. He is very honest about how republicans triple the debt to the economy and how your vote shouldnt be about anger but seeing change. I think he's trying to tell Americans to THINK before they vote republicans in because they are one's who got us in this mess. Everyone is angry about unemployment and not being able to afford things but dont just for republicans because your angry vote on real change and of course CHANGE TAKES TIME!!!!

  1. Republicans are the ones who got us in this mess? The National debt is currently 13,504,723,630,204, which means that every single American citizen would have to pay $43,686.32 to get rid of that debt. By the way, the National Debt has continued to increase an average of $4.15 billion per day since September of 2007 when Democrats began taking control of Congress and right before Obama took office. The spending hasnt stopped there either. Obama just proposed another stimulus package, this one with a price tag of $814 billion dollars, but you want to blame Republicans for the debt. I think you might want to do a bit of fact checking before you point that finger.

  2. I don't think all the blame needs to be put ith Republicans. I mean like th post above says spending has not stopped at all in the past two years. Obviously, the war was a big part of the pending in the bush administration, but if the Obama administration wanted to reduce the debt they would not be doing everything they are now to stimulate the economy. I think Clinton was trying to say that Democrats need a chance to get the country lifted up a bit b4 they get thrown out of office. As he said, the bush admin had 8 years to further put the economy into debt and the dems have only been there 2 years. It's not fair to blame it on one party is general Its everyone!

  4. BOTH parties contributed to the debt. BOTH. If we were to check the facts, I think that everyone would agree. I would also like to point out that in 2008, both Senators Obama AND McCain were in support of the original stimulus package proposed by then President Bush, a Republican. (TARP was the name). What does this mean? We were going to spend, spend, spend even if a Republican (McCain) had been voted into office. I don't believe that we would be any beter off.
